The Journey It had been quite a journey to get to Muanda. The team left on Monday morning along a very dusty road to travel about 120Km from Boma to Muanda. An hour or so into the journey Charlene who was travelling behind the Generator noticed a flat tyre, to her surprise there was a loud bang and the opposite tyre burst! One of the men rushed back to Boma and got two brand new tyres, surely now we were set for the journey. They moved on again this time the entire tow hitch with the back bumper broke loose, the generator ploughing nose first into the dust. Thankfully no damage was done. The team split up and went for help. Jacques erected his mosquito net and seeped the night on the roof of the Land cruiser. In the morning the team met up again and put their heads together deciding it was not possible to tow the generator to Muanda. They returned it to Boma where God gave us tremendous favour and it was loaded onto a dredging ship that kept the path clear from Boma to Muanda. We had been given free passage. All of the equipment arrived safely.

Radio and TV broadcasts - Good morning Tshela are you ready for the Word of God. Jacques and Charlene did daily radio programs- The teachings went out far into Angola and could be heard by men working on the oil platforms. In Africa radio is a wonderful tool. It seems like every one has a radio on where ever we went. People would get really excited when Jacques or Char went to the local shops or market. Many would come running just to see the visiting radio preacher. Another addition to the Crusade was the Entire Crusade from beginning to the end was broadcast live on two radio stations. It was touching to see people walk to the meetings from as far as 30 KM.

The Lord healed many- An Evangelist Robert Bangama had suffered with a Hernia for four years – God touched him and He ran behind the tent and thougherly examined himself out of the view of the crowd. God had completely healed him the lump had disappeared and all pain had gone-

Mr Vane Ezekiel had been to the witchdoctor for a charm or fetish to help him- he lost the charm and then went back to the witchdoctor - the outraged witchdoctor told him because of this he would walk mad on the streets – he removed his cloths and said from this point you are mad! For 1½ years Ezekiel aimlessly wandered the streets of Muanda out of his mind. The power of God touched him powerfully setting him free in his right mind and clothed he testified how he was now free.

Seminar the leaders were hungry for the Word of God it was very well received seldom have I had such an attentive crowd who took notes and looked up all the scriptures. There was a blackboard behind me and a scribe jotted down all the scriptures for the people to note down.

Fruit that remains The impact of an evangelistic campaign has long term results. 10 years ago Evangelist Peter Pretorious did a crusade in Muanda. Samuel only 10 years old attended all the meetings only after the campaign did one of the counsellors lead him to the Lord. Today Samuel is a fine man of God serving the Lord with all of his heart.

A young man Luscern had been involved in a Crusade held by Reinhard Bonnke in Likasi about 10 years ago. His life was greatly impacted in the Fire Conference and today he is involved in Evangelistic work. Truly the Gospel is the power of God unto salvation.

At the crusade the attentiveness of the thousands and thousands of Children always amazes us. It seemed that every hand was raised and every mouth called out to Jesus for salvation. Surely the seed sowed into these precious lives will have lasting effects. Proverbs 14:34 Righteousness exalts a nation, But sin is a reproach to any people
